Founded in 1934, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (KazNU) is one of Kazakhstan's premier higher education institutions, named after the renowned Eastern philosopher and scholar, Al-Farabi. As the oldest classical university in the Republic, KazNU was established by a decree of the Kazakh Regional Committee on November 13, 1933. Following Kazakhstan's declaration of independence in 1990, the university was renamed Al-Farabi Kazakh State University. Admission Process for International Students (2023-2024)
Application Submission: International applicants must apply through designated companies listed on the university’s website. Required documents include a passport, educational documents with transcripts, NEET certificate for Indian students, and an English language proficiency certificate (if available). Documents must be submitted in PDF format.
Interview: Applicants must pass an interview demonstrating their educational background, beliefs, and life experiences. A minimum score of 60 out of 100 is required.
Selection and Enrollment: The selection committee conducts a competitive selection based on interview results. Successful candidates must submit original documents for enrollment.
